First Time Junk Journal-er

Recently I found a new type of papercrafting--junk journaling! Watching skillful crafters make beautiful journals and notebooks is so inspirational.  They take 'junk' (scraps, used book pages, extra envelopes, junk mail, etc.) and turn them into beautiful and artistic creations.

After watching a few different pocket-making tutorials, I was inspired to try combining my love of Stampin' Up! with my newfound love of junk journaling.

I used a leftover 2020 July-December Mini Catalog (holiday catalog) from Stampin' Up! and several scraps/retired Christmas-y pieces from last year's papercrafting.

I made this flip-through video to show the final product and also describe how I made/designed the journal:

Have you ever made a junk journal? Are you inspired to try?

Let me know if you have any questions about Stampin' Up!, stamping, or how I made this delightful little stamp junk journal!
