Hey Chick! Easter Matchbook
Easter is my second favorite holiday next to Christmas, and creating for spring and Easter goodies is so much fun! It brings some cheeriness to the last days of winter and the start to warmer months! Every year I make my husband a treat bag with Easter treats to celebrate in addition to our traditional meal. This year I spruced up some of his favorite treats including our favorite treat--Mini Cadbury Eggs! I decided to make a matchbook! See the directions below the picture! Please ignore the extra adhesive on the design--my favorite Tombow liquid glue came out a bit too fast... To make the design as pictured above you will need 9.75"x 3.75" piece of So Saffron scored on the short side at 0.75" and at 5.25". I chose to do some tone-on-tone stamping on the back (I just used the tulip from the Springtime Joy! stamp set).
