What is CASE-ing?

 CASE-ing is an acronym used by Stampin' Up! and means Copy And Share Everything! 

This is a way to get inspiration for your designs. You basically catalog/internet search designs for a color, stamp set, paper, etc. and then 'copy' the card--although you can definitely make it your own in the process! 

This is a really great way to get your creativity flowing and get inspiration! Often times, I set out to CASE and land somewhere in the ball park of 'recognizable' to the original, but with my own personality mixed in! I always make sure to give credit to the original, especially if it looks quite similar!

Try CASE-ing a project that you love, either from the catalog or from an internet search the next time you feel 'lost' or 'burned out' with crafting or 'lacking creativity'! You will be surprised by how quick your mind jumps back into the crafting mood!
